Antique English Arts and Crafts Silver Turquoise Ring Artisan Nouveau Handmade Handcrafted OOAK 1900's

Purchased from an antiques dealer while living in England. Beautiful antique Arts and Crafts one of a kind silver and turquoise ring with filigree and leaf detail. Was told by the dealer that it was antique grade silver and turquoise. TYPE: 1 antique Arts and Crafts silver ring SIZE: About a size 8.5 or 9 (my two ring sizers give slightly different sizes), the front square of the ring is about 3/4" across. not adjustable DESIGNER: artisan name unknown but definitely handmade, one of a kind piece MATERIALS: European antique-grade silver, probably 830 or 900, and small turquoise cabochons. 2 smaller ones look to ME as if they might have been replaced with turquoise glass? so I will not guarantee the stones on the ring as turquoise, just assume that the cabochons are glass just in case any of them are. HALLMARK OR OTHER MARKS: Small cartouche just under one side of the leaf detail connecting the shank to the main part of the ring which probably has the maker's mark and silver hallmark but it's very difficult to see--it does look as if there's some writing on it but I'm not entirely sure.
